Mr. Holmqvist will update on the status of ongoing discussions relevant for automotive suppliers. Amongst other:
- Terms and conditions of purchasing contracts including annex issues such as price pressure and handling of field returns.
- In low-cost countries, the supplier base will be of course localized for the major part. What about the West-European suppliers defending/protecting their position against import?
- OEM – supplier relationships for the longer term based on confidentiality is known with Japanese and some (smaller) EU OEMs. What is the outlook for the major EU and USA based OEMs
