MISSION STATEMENT OF THE AUTOMOTIVE SUPPLIERS SECTION
AS.be is a multi-sectoral network that is oriented towards all companies creating added value or rendering services in the Belgian Automotive industry.
In organizing and promoting activities with regional, national or European interest, the Automotive Suppliers section of FEBIAC fosters efforts of here members to reach world-class performance, acts as a business facilitator and empowers economic development of automotive industry in Belgium. |

FEBIAC
At national, European and global levels, FEBIAC represents the interests of Belgium-based manufacturers, importers and suppliers in all areas of road transport - cars, commercial vehicles, motorized two-wheelers and bicycles.
With a growing number of decisions taken at European and international level. FEBIAC's active role in OICA enables the federation to follow-up on technical regulations for motor vehicles. FEBIAC is also involved in the European associations ACEA and ACEM.
In addition to its role of representing various players in the industry, FEBIAC also organizes the Brussels International Motor Shows. These shows are recognized by OICA: In even years, the International Car and Motorcycle Show is held; in alternate years the International Commercial and Leisure Vehicle Show, and the International Motorcycle Show take place.
FEBIAC is concerned about the social role of road transport. A main task therefore is assisting the industry to meet ever-more stringent standards and requirements. As a result, environmental, mobility, road safety and fiscal issues play a crucial role in the daily activities of the federation. Studies and brochures are published on these topics on a regular basis.
